Richard has had 35 years of quality marketing experience, both working with, and training for, many leading fast moving branded products and businesses. He held senior marketing positions with Cadbury PLC, Kenco Coffee, Premier Foods PLC, General Foods and Kraft Foods International. He has been a CIM Chartered Marketer since 1996 and was awarded Free Lifetime Membership status, by the CIM, in 2009.

Richard established Richard Suthons Associates - specialising in marketing training and consultancy - in August 1994. Since then Richard has delivered more than 400 marketing training courses, to over 3,500 managers from over 60 major companies and organisations.
